Zalia is 3/4 sister to Heide (sold to Rhode Island after Equine Affair in MA).
She stands 14'2 hands tall, and very elegant and refined mare. She is a good mover, and a good jumper. She is great with kids as well.
In 2005 she got 1st in 2'6 jumper course and 2'6 hunter course at the National Show in Ohio.
She also got 3rd in pleasure, and 2nd in Equitation over fences at the same show.
She also won 3rd place in 2 intro dressage tests that same year in Ohio.
She got to the TwinBirch Show in Syracuse in 2005 and got 3rd and 5 th in Equitation and pleasure classes on flat.
In 2006, she went back to the TwinBirch Show ridden by a junior rider (11 yrs old). She got 2nd in a pleasure class on flat.
Zalia would be a great jumper prospect for ANY junior rider or beginner. She is bomb proof in trails as well.
Zalia is SILVER classified by British judges of the World Haflinger Federation (2005) and she is in foal for an April foal to Meister Brau NTF (sire of 2004 USDF training level all breed award mare + incredible jumper. Meister Brau jumps 3'6 feet in a course, and produces performance ponies).
